Motherboard help for Q6600?

Well, im taking the plunge guys! The time has come and now Quads are 300$ or less. Only problem is, i havent figured out what mobo to buy to go with it. I want build in WIFI, but if it doesnt have it, thats fine also. I dont want that to be my determining factor. I dont need SLI because i dont game on my PC. I do care about future procs and OC'ing tho. I also care about faster RAM and HDD speeds. RAID is also something i wanna do. Basically, i want a fast setup, but not for gaming. Mainly for encoding and fast booting. What do you guys recommend? Also, money is NOT an issue. Hit me up with the best and the worst. :-)

Well, basically, what you need it's either one of the fallowing P5Ks:




And BTW, all P5Ks will support a 45nm CPUs, are great for overclocking Quad-Cores and also have the latest Chipset along with an ICH9-R for better RAID.

I'd suggest the P5K-Deluxe.

I think i just drooled when i saw that board.... thx man...anyone else have some suggestions?

GigaByte Ga-P35-Dq6.....im biased though....lol

i'll have to add though the only thing i dont like about this board is all the bling bling heat pipe they have on it...

but asus has nice boards also...cant really go wrong with either of them

has the pk5-e been released yet? that board looks good for all round performance with out shedding extra for the deluxe
