Overclocking Help Needed

Hey All

I new to overclocking so my knowledge about it is rather limited and wondering if you guys could help me.

my systems specs are:
Mobo - Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Cpu - Intel E4300 Core Duo
Ram - Adata 3 x 1gb 667

Ive tried overclocking via the bios...i set the cpu to 330 and the DDR2 to 825
which runs ok for a few hours then crashes to the blue screen, saying something about a memory failure.

could you guys advice me as to what would be the best settings for my specs, and what would be the best way in doing it

Thanks
Asif

Then your ram dont support that speed... try to change the memory divider until you get ~667... also use TAT to monitor your temps... dont pass 60C...
Check your voltage on vcore...

But it sense to me that your ram doesnt support 825mhz..
