Where can I see Northbridge/Southbridge temps?

I have Speedfan, but I don't know what the Temp1, 2, 3 stand for. I'm trying to find north/southbridge temps. Any help?

Anyone? Also, I tried to use the configuration option which I assume just labeled the "temp1" etc with the actual components. I accidentally downloaded p5d32, but I'm guessing it's all the same. Anyways, the "cpu temp" shows 14c while the core temps both show low 30's idle. How can that be right?
