Controlling computer remotely

I would like to control my computer from the office to home, and I am wondering what is the best software to do so...

I know of symantec pcanywhere, and the remote assistance thing built into windows.

But basically, i do not know of the best software to do so and know that the forum must know

pretty urgent so any help is much appreciated

You can control your computer through a browser interface. I've used it, and it's awesome.

Oh, and it's completely free.

It's actually not a bad program. That's what we use where I work to help out our customers.

Past that the only other thing I've used is the Windows Remote Desktop Connection...

Except, I thought it was www.logmeinrescue.com

I use TightVNC. It does a pretty good job, though routers have to be set up with port forwarding and all that jazz.
