no, i just learned how to oc gfx cards, but my cpu is still at stock 2.4 Ghz... is it worth oc' it?

yep you will only notice it when running very cpu intensive games
for example: fear multiplayer with 16 people on a server (lots of psychics for the characters, flying grenades, and body parts etc....< not hard for modern dual/quad core machines) or the cpu test of 3dmark06 ....
