First Attempt at OC, results + question

Updated with system spec******
cpu e6600 1.3938V 1333/4*9 = 3ghz
memory OCZ SOE PC6400 1.95V 4-5-5-12
FSB 1.2V
HT(SPP-MCP) 1.2 V
PCI-E 1.2V
nForce 1.5V

i ran orthos for 2 hrs 15min i think it's pretty stable
but i notice my temp gets to 62 during the day time is it same to be that high?
I know the Tjunction is at 85 so anything below that is ok right? Or will the high voltage (almost 1.4) do damage / overheat cpu in the long run?
i read some post saying that 62 is not a safe temp
someone please explain to me
thanks in advance

my spec
EVGA 122-CK-NF68-T1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
e6600 c2d Batch 3718a778 costa rica
zalman 9700 with AS5
ocz 700 gamerxstream psu
ocz special ops edition pc6400 ddr2 800mhz
2 evga 7600gt
...
maybe this will help
also i have coretemp and nvidia monitor and the monitor temp is 9C higher then coretemp reading why is that?

the voltage is ok as long as you keep it cool..

most people recommend keep it around 55

id try a lower vcore around 1.34 or so it would help keep it cooler

fill out your system specs it will help people help you better

I heard low 60's is the highest you should be going. What is your systems ambient temps? It being summer does play a role in your temps.
Try to keep your temperatures below 60 C.. If you really want to be safe 55 C. Try lowering your VCore voltages to stock. I'm running 1.325 V on a E6600 @ 3.0 GHz. That should lower your temperatures a little bit..

Wow, that sounds like either a really bad week/batch for your CPU. Which week/batch is it? My L631F runs 3.0GHz no problemo @ 1.2875v (stock).

Here's a suggestion that might help you overcome your "wall" at 3.0GHz.

1) Open up CPU-Z and look at the SPD tab.
2) Write those settings down on a piece of paper, go into the bios and set your ram timings to 5-5-5-15.
3) Change your vCore to 1.4v, and increase your FSB to 360, and keep your multi @ 9.

This should boot. If it doesn't, clear the CMOS, and try again with the ram timings at the SPD you wrote down before.
