How do i overclok my 4400+ AMD 64 2X @2.31

i just got a new mobo and i am able to overclock know but. i dont want to srew it up. this software that came with my mobo said its max is 3.7 so a guess i would like to get somewat close to that! my mobo is a ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe. and my cpu is a brisbane! plz help me thanks!

I'm thinking that the absolute highest you can get on air is 'bout 3.1GHz. But I'm not really all that familiar with the brisbanes.

I would hope for 3.7Ghz if you were cooling it with liquid nitrogen. Stock on that chip is only 2.4Ghz and I would say you will get no more than 2.7Ghz on air.
3.7Ghz + 4400 + air cooling = your CPU melting like fondue
