Yeah, I've heard no problems with almost any PSU (except for the ridiculously long 800W+ PSU's) fitting in that V300.

I almost thought about building an SFF machine myself. Hope it all goes well.

The first guy's mobo is better, my case is better IMO. To be honest though, I would never ever build a performance machine without a raid array. There's just something psychological about a fast computer having to boot fast too. A 'dirty-windows-is-a-dirty-car' effect if you will.

But to keep costs down, why not cut it to one?

EDIT: Here it is, modified to have the first's motherboard in my original setup. His was much better.

ALso, another PSU to consider that's good and I've personally used without a hitch nor much noise. Modular PSUs are particularly good for these little rigs because there isn't many places to hide the cables.

Any quality 500w and up can handle a single GTX and quad core.

That rig will probably only use 300-400W PEAK when you're doing something crazy like OCCT+ artifact scanning with atitool AND defragging all at the same time.

Keep in mind 75+75+75=225W MAXIMUM for a GTX as PCIe slot+ 2 PCIe connectors can only provide 225w. It actually uses much less... closer to 200W OCed (that's giving headroom). The quad takes 105TD stock OCed it'll only pull into the 150w range.

That's only 350W... and the rest of the rig will only add up to 50W maximum as you won't have many fans/lighting in that little case and you still only get around 400W. That's if you happen to be running every component completely OCed at 100% all at the same time (which will never happen really). That leaves you lots of headroom on both PSUs.
