My uncle had a broken Dell monitor. They sent him a new one and said they didn't want the broken one. I was under the impression that dell doesn't take back broken products.

Be careful... Check your online account for past invoices or purchase since I have seen them charge the account for the replacement and then remove the charge once the item has been returned.

I havent recieved any emails from them about it at all. They honestly seem to have forgotten about me plus after all this time they never did charge me.

Well if you honestly tried to get them to pick it up...

Then it's all yours

Well, my dad was over warrenty on his computer and his monitor died. So he *****ed at them for hours till they would give him a new monitor. So we get a refurbished one and it has a scratch on it. So we send it back and call back and they then send us a brand new dell monitor. But in the end, we had to send back the first defective monitor, the one with the scratch. So I'm really surprised Dell didn't make you send back that monitor.
