Dell doesnt want there monitor back? - Page 3

An example of how poorly run business can hurt the business instead of the customer - how ironic. lol, I'd keep it and run duallys.

Sell both monitors and pick up a 24" monitor. That's what I'd do. Ultra huge monitor FTW.

I would normally want a 24" but two 20"s are perfect for my desk and my set up

I actually had a similar situation with Dell... I ordered a G5 when they had them crazy cheap (like $25) and I ended up coming home to a two foot wide box. Turned out it was one of their Ergonomic keyboards by Microsoft. So I got on their support chat and they arimailed the mouse to me the next day, and said they would email me about return shipping. No email, so I talked to another rep a few days later and she didn't give me a difinitive answer either, accept that I'll get an email about it. That never came, so after a month of sitting in the box taking up room I opened 'er up and am using it now

Since when does Dell have a delivery service? All they need to send you is a shipping label (probably UPS, and probably through email) and then the UPS guy will pick the box up. That's it. You must be dealing with some incompetent people if they can't do that much.

I can't believe that no one pointed out the fact that he used the wrong "their"

Hahaha, but just keep the monitor. You tried your best and they didn't come through. Not your fault - you just have two great monitors now.

Good point, I usually just read through the posts quickly anyways. As long as it sounds right it is good for me.

I guess it is time for me purchase my next monitor. Let's see how my experience with Dell goes.
