I believe I have the worst E6600 week possible

Yup. I have tried everything and can not get it to post anything past 3.15GHz. Even with the Vcore at 1.5....Blah, I'm not even sure if 3.15GHz is even stable, havn't ran Orthos yet. So the highest stable OC i have been able to manage is 3.00GHz

I suggest you cut down to one stick of RAM while you try OCing
loosen the timings to 5-5-5-15 all others auto
and make sure you have all the bios settings set correctly
lock PCI-E freq to 105
disable all spread spectrums
disable all CPU functions execute disable bit, virtualization/vanderpool tech, intel speed step, etc.

Have you tried raiseing FSB termination voltage? You should also try putting more volts through the MCH, though I'm not sure what option in your BIOS sets the NorthBridge vCore.

I've done all that. I even upped my chipset volts among others. Though, why would I only OC with 1 stick If I use more than that normally?

EDIT: all my volts in bios are set to 1.5 other than RAM(2.1) and CPU(1.4ish right now)

Haveing four DIMM's installed in your system can saturate the bandwidth between the memory and the MCH. This is because the MCH is haveing to read and write data from four lanes as opposed to two which can be detrimental when it comes to clocking the FSB.

But if I only use 1GB to OC, then when I put the rest back it won't it just become unstable anyway?

"I believe I have the worst E6600 week possible"

I believed that too with my L644G231, till I learned the bios settings
on my Gigabyte P35-DS3R and hit 3.6Gb. Still limited by my mem.

It's to eliminate the variables.
