HELP WITH O/CING PENTIUM d 915

Thread Starter
Hey im fairly new to overclocking, and am having trouble overclocking my pentium D, stock it is 2.8 Ghz, and i can get it up to 3.08Ghz. however i have recently installed water cooling and still cannot get it any higher, yes i have a VIA chipset, and yes it's rubbish for overclocking, as it has no voltage options. However it does have memory frequency settings along with cpu frequency settings, i have tried lowering the memory frequency, but this makes no difference. I tried to boost it up to 3.15Ghz, but it just corrupted windows lmao, any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks

Ive used that board. P5VDC-MX. You can't overclock with it woth a heck, but if you reaaally wanna try and have nothing better to do, try doing a Shamino volt mod to it: http://vr-zone.com/index.php?i=3931
