why the exos? build your own system, these things suck. all you need is a pump, rad waterblocks, and a res is optional, i prefer to use one, at the highest point in the system, to ease in filling, and bleeding..... but a t-line would suffice. and ditch the small diameter tubing, go with 1/2" stuff, its got better flow rates.

just my 2 cents.

i dont know where you read that the exos suck. cuz every review i read about it, they all said the smae things. its an amazing system just expensive. which it is. and the main reason i decided to get it is because i would still like to be able to move my comp 4rm point a to point b without a hasle, which the exos is as long as the case so neatly sits ono top of the comp, doing its job and good on space. and i did get a pump, rad, and res also. becuase since im doing 4 w/b wanted to get everything to get cooled good, so i got a res after the 1st 2 blocks at the highest point of the system getting out air bubbles and etc, then dropping str8 down to a pump that pushes it to a dual 80mm rad to cool the liquid again before it goes threw the 2 8800gts', and as you can see. if i would of done something other than the exos i wouldnt be able to fit anything, or at least neatly.

and the 1/2 tubes r just 2 big imo, looks nasty. the 3/8 tubes are already bigger than i imagined, so glad i didnt get the 1/2. plus heard they the same **** really. the 1/2's flow faster, but by doing that they dont get enough contact since they fly by so fast. and the 3/8s dont flow as fast but get more contact, so taking away a nice amount of heat. so performance wise they around the same. at least thats what i have read, and makes sence to me.

You do know that DDC pump top is just the top right? You have to buy the pump extra...Or are you going to use it in the Exos thing...One thing about flow the more you have the more turbulence you get and better cooling...Slower flow doesn't give it more time to absorb heat....You can get good temp's with smaller ID tube but it still has to have good flow or it will cool worse....

I'm with the other guy just make you own loop it will be cheaper nad better...If you already have it go with it I guess....

yea i know its only the top, i actually 4got to order the DDC so thx 4 reminding me lol and heres a few sites that reviewed the exos2

http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?...hlbnRodXNpYXN0

http://www.legitreviews.com/article/205/7/

http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid...e=expert&pid=8

http://gruntville.com/reviews/wc/koo...os_2/page8.php

and if u noticed i said that all mentioned above was already purchased. and yea i said im aware that making it myself would prob come out a little cheaper, but like i mentioned i really didnt want to have a mess of tubes everywhere and i wanted it to look nice and neat. well w.e i guess we will see how it performs when i set it up. i think its gonna run very good.

edit: ok well im also getting this on monday when i go 2 the bank.

I've never seen anyone mix an Exos pump with a DDC or D5, but I suppose it should work ok, just keep an eye on the internal fitting of the Exos...not sure they are setup to handle the extra pumping pressure that DDC is going to put out. From what little I understand of the Exxos they are more of a low flow type setup, so you're sort of mixing aftermarket high pressure high flow stuff with lower flow.

I'd also advise against anything but GPU only water blocks like the MCW60. You're going to be pushing radiator capacity and I'd avoid adding in anymore heat that you abosuletly need to. Make sure you put some good fans on that microres once you get the 8800's in the loop.

Post some pics when you start putting it together
