If your cooler intake coolant is touching the outlet tubing the outlet will warm up the other simple as that...Its an easy thing not to do...Its not by much it will warm the other a C or 2 but but it all adds up....People will spend a lot of $$$ to knock off a few C....

I drop 1.5-2.5C across my rad when I was just WC'ing...I always have my CPU right after the rad so I wouldn't want the tubes touching there...If your not getting much of a drop across the rad you need higher cfm fans...
