RMA through ASUS?

is it possible to RMA through ASUS themselves since i need to RMA two motherboards that have expired from newegg's RMA policy?

If it is still under the manufacturers warranty you could try.

I always thought you RMA'd through the Manufacturer anyways.

I think ASUS gives two years; they will ask for a reciept, but, are pretty nice about there RMA process. (slow, but nice) I've RMA'ed a few of there boards.

Yes. ASUS is good about getting things done quickly, too. Call them on the phone and tell them what the problem is. They will then give you an RMA number and send out an e-mail with further instructions.

•Warranty Length: Three years warranty.
•Coverage: Covers repair or replacement of the product.
•Provider: Asus Computer International
•Contact: Asus Computer International Customer Service at 1-510-739-3777 click here for online RMA service.
•Technical Support: Asus Computer International Technical Support at 1-502-995-0883
•Service Location: Asus Computer International provides warranty service at a mail-in location.
•Service Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for warranty service.

I just sent an email to them today, hope to hear back soon. I asked about an upgrade program or getting a credit for mine, since I want to upgrade anyway. I doubt it, but thought I would ask.
