Erm... What kind of tips do you specifically require?

If this is your first build, then my best advice would be to read some primers on PC building, either from a book, a good magazine article, or even online. Honestly, there's nothing to it, since connectors are keyed; this means that connectors are designed to fit only one way. (So, if it doesn't fit, you should never force something in. Like how a square peg would never fit inside a round hole properly.)

The motherboard's manual also typically has excellent information. Abit's manuals are superb; I know this from experience.

Hope this helps you!

1. Make sure you only install the mounting stand offs that youneed and no extras. Match them up to the screw holes on the MB! Some ATX MBs have a 4th stand off at the back by the card slots, be sure not to use it because your MB uses 3!
2. Check all power to MB connections and install all of them for the best stability!
3. Take your time, no need to rush it
