IDE to SATA Converter

hi all

i have just bought 2 IDE to SATA converters from here
to link up some older IDE HD's to my system. The issue is i have fitted them to my HD's and they wont show in the BIOS . what section am i meant to put these on i.e Master,Slave or cable select ??

I would think you would set it to the Master position. But I really don't know for sure.

Should say Cable Select...

that is usually the best position I think.

Cable Select lets the computer decide if I remember correctly. Use Cable Select for sure.

Take the jumpers off the drives, thats what I had to do
