Unstable in Dual Channel!!! - Page 2

RUn this memory test:
http://hcidesign.com/memtest/
and you can test CPU and memory at the same time by running Orthos blended:
http://www.overclock.net/downloads/1...v20060420.html
When testing my OCs, I run Orthos small FFTs, then large, then HCI Memtest for memory, then blended for both CPU and memory
HCI Memtest will HEAT UP those modules, so make sure that you don't run excessive voltage through them without active cooling! When an incorrect value is returned it will stop.

No problem dude! I feel your pain with the memory issues. I was pulling my hair out after the 3rd pair of Team Xtreem modules that I was running on my AMD PC, but the third time was a charm.

Basically you cant put one stick of Kingston in with a stick of G.Skill and have it work.
You are incorrect. It might or might not work, but it can work.

Yes it CAN work, but if they aren't the same model then it can pose problems...as they may have different timings for stability, voltage, etc.
