lol, read people WC build logs, come up with an idea, and post that,we will critique it

My advice is to go more expensive over cheaper

WC is definitely something that the money is worth if done right. Not something to skimp on really. On air you can get by with a cheap HSF but cheapo watercooling gives bad temps and leakages are potentially dangerous etc. Good luck though, I just built my first custom WC loop and its going pretty nice.

This is a nice *kit* should have everything you need, depending on what you'd like to cool. http://www.petrastechshop.com/pecoel.html

Thats not a bad kit at Petra's...If you plan on adding a GPU to the loop get the 360 rad and the higher cfm fans...You would be better off just researching a little then build your own rig, you will get more for your $$$ that way...Those Swifty rad's with the kit are OK but you can do better....

Not to hijack this thread, but ira-k, what would be your recommendations for *moving up the ladder* from the MCR-220?

I'm not being sarcastic, as I'm new to water cooling as well, and am curious what would be better, besides the obvious Thermochill series.

Thanks
