IS my motherboard fried?

GUys My mobo light dosent come on but the little light bulb button on the back of the mobo by the lcd screen makes the blue led's on the mobo come on, but regurarly no green light no power nothing. Power supply is brand new

I'd reply if I understood what you mean by "but regurarly no green light no power nothing."...

Like my motherboard has this feature with a button on the back which powers it off and makes blue lights....

But when i want to turn it on regurally no green light no power up...

4 pin plugged in?
any extra molexes plugged in aswell?
make sure the ram is FULLY connected?
maybe it is shorting out. anything on the bottom of it between the case and the mobo touching? try setting it up outside the case.

Even if your power supply is brand new it could be faulty, test with another if you can, also check to be sure it is not grounded out. Take it out of the case and run it on a table.

it is outside the case. The powersupply is on but motherboard gets no power green light doesnt go on....but yet blue led's in power off mode work...im very confused

What you can do is just test everything. Try taking things apart and putting it back together. Or, diagnose part by part.
