ATI Catalyst 7.7 Performance Analysis - Page 3

I lost about 400 points in 3dMark06 - 86XX to 82XX. I'm running through CoH for the first time right now. I've got pretty much everything on high with 2xAA at 1400x900 and I've got no complaints. I might raise the AA and see what happens if that's what they have improved. Haven't noticed any issues with Vista x86.

i dunno wat ppl are complaining about? i installed them and have noticed some sweet performance. 3dmark06 only went up like 50 pts but i dun give a **** bout that, real world performance is where its at.

in hl2:ep1 i have 24xAA on, with all in-game settings maxed out (8xAA, 16xAF, HDR on etc etc) @ 1680x1050 resolution and im getting on avg 80-90 fps. goes over 100 quite a bit aswell, mostly indoor areas tho. some areas does drop, but thats intense situations with water.

i followed this guide http://www.tweakxp.com/article37536.aspx before installing new drivers. dunno if it really helps or not.

Arthroscopic is the type of surgery where they use a small incision and remote manipulator with a camera instead of opening you all the way up, lol.
