Cheers all for the comments again, its nice to hear others views and idea to get it better. Been working some more on it today thou, as listed last time i did the Rad flush and some other items, but here's some more pic's

if ya board and fancy a look.

Well here's my dtek on my board now

And my board in my case with my dtek

Not bad so far, mounted all the parts back into the computer and start work on my led that i wanted to get running,

and then mounted the Res, and thought would be a great time to test run the water system, so here she is now doing

my 24-72 hour test loop, i got her running in a strange way i guess, but ended up with Res > Pump > Rad > CPU > Res.

This is due to the location of the mounting, i could not find a decent place to mount it all
Anyways here some pic's of here all built near on and testing

Still waiting for the fan to turn up, but once there here i should be ready for the final fitting and wiring back up

the board itself, and finally tidy of the wiring looms.

Temps suck test run last night after a good 36 hour water leak test, temps running 1.5 vcore at a 3.5 gig load on orphos is 52-53c Prime95 is 51c, and tat is a HUGE 58c

Need to see whats happened, resinked the block now 8 times no effects to outcome

Will check water block on the gasket issue this morning now to see if thats the cause.

yikes, your temps are bad. do you have enough pressure on the block? how much do you have left in the springs? what kind of paste are you using?

im using a rbx block, initially designed for a socket a chip, ive used it for 5 years on many builds, it barely covers my e6600, as a matter of fact, i can see my cpu ihs edges, i thought it would affect the performance, but with 1.525 vcore my idle temps are 37-40c, with my ambient of 22c (70f)...... i initially had my block springs 75% maxed out, then after my first test, i tightened them down to 100%, using a cross bolt tightening method, of course.....

yer i got mine tight, even tested it with removing the spring so i made sure it was to the limit, i been told lapping the dtek was a bad idea now from someone, so i may just buy another dtek and see what happens, i got her upto 3.5 on 1.5 vcore, but she touches 60c so thats as far as i will go for now. May order or look for a cheap block thats good.

Well i gave up waiting today for my fans to arrive and went out to the local shop and brought some myself there, so finally after spending the day getting it all done here she is.......

Pic build complete with no water.....

And here's the water finally in......

And the case and side panel on no power thou.

Well she sure taken a while to do, but she really worth it, currently reinstalling vista now, and getting it all up and running, starting to get dark so have to take some more pic's again of her all alight

So was it worth it, well yer, it was a great learning curve, and looks really nice sat here, but now she running 3.5g no issues at all, so yep i one happy bunny.

Thank to you all thats helps with advice along the way.
