im thinking of getting a new graphics card with dx10 what card would be the best for a price range of $150< ? i have come up with a few but i dont know what one to get.

If you're going to game, save up or just go for a high end DX9 card. But out of the three, I'd say go for the 8600, I've heard it overclocks nicely.

Eh, your mobo is limited to x4 PCI-E and that would turn a midrange card into low end card.
I suppose a complete upgrade is out of the question.

im sick of people saying "get a dx9 high end" why the heck would i spend money on a OUTDATED POS! I see no point in getting a dx9 card when dx10 is out, all games are going to be dx10, how would i play a dx10 game on a dx9 card?????
