flashing bios

Thread Starter
trying to flash the bios with a floppy disc. I get the I/O disk error. Tried 2 different discs and both give the same error. I have a DVD rom hooked up and in the bios it's listed as other. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm working a Dell GX150 for a friend.

Floppy disks can be annoying. Get a different floppy disk and do a full bootable format on it. Then place the flash.rom and program on the floppy and try again.
