you're supposed to show your proposed build in advance.

I didn't listen before and got a geil 2 x 2gb kit and could only hit 2880 mhz, rma'd it and got the g.skill as previously recommended and 3.4 ghz stable, and 3.6 ghz 30 min stable (but wouldn't put more than 1.4 volts to it so i kept 3.4)

Don't go cheap on your PSU,it's the heart of your system and a bad one can kill your whole system when it dies. Here's the one I have it's very highly rated, modular and can handle any single GPU set up and anything in a dual GPU except the top end cards. But your on a budget so you don't have to worry about 2-2900's in crossfire. This is a crazy good price if you can use the Google checkout $70

Yeah I know I was on a time constraint, which I kinda didnt mention. If I didnt order some stuff by a certain time then I would have been SOL monetarily
