Just got my silencer, and now my comp turns on, but my 8800's fan wont spin, and no video output, I have the extra 6 pin connected too. I have reseted the cmos, and taken the card out and put it back in, I am kind of stuck....

Did you try spinning the fan manually to see if it will get it to go? Your sure everything is securely plugged in? Maybe the gpu is dead? I really have no idea.

Disconnect all PS to devices.
On the 24 pin, jump the green to any black to see if it starts up its fan.
Test all the 12, 5 & 3.3v connections w/a volt meter.
Check around page 30ish por the pin outs of the ATX ver2.x PS in the link.

I doubt it's a dead gpu, It was just working a few days ago, which is the last time I used my comp, Plus I have no video on the screen either, But the fact my fan is not spinning, makes me think it's my card not getting power, but it might be my computer is not posting, but I think the fan would spin on my gpu.
