one core failing is NOT a stable oc, you did EXACTLY what i said you did
That's stable enough for a simple TEST. My god. Can't you understand that i'm still testing? And that that was just something to go off of?
Maybe i should have said that in the first post, but i did say it afterwards.
Why would i bother on achieving 6-24 hour stability when that is not the OC i intend to stay at? That doesn't make any sense. It was just a stepping stone. Sheesh your so negative, simmer down.
And i still can't figure out what the deal is with 438x8. I bump the vcore up all the way to 1.5 and still the same, i bump the ram voltage up to +.3 from +.1, i bump the NB up like 3 times vs 1 time, and then i bump the FSB up 3 or 4 times vs 1 time... Maybe i'll just stay at 389x9....
