Asus has an auto update program you can download form there site (currently the site is down, I just checked). Download the bios you want, download the program, run the program and when it askes to update it will ask for the file. Point it to the bios you downloaded and pray that you don't loose power to the computer before it is done. Also make sure when you update bios that you have all the settings at stock. Then when it shuts down, clear the cmos before you boot up again. Good luck.

You may have noticed the stickied thread about overclocking your P5N32-E mobo.

http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...ing-guide.html

"Do not use the Asus Updater in Windows! It is politely a POS. The best way to bios flash this board is to out the bios on a usb memory stick, go into the bios, run ez-flash and update from there. It has worked every time for me and is the safest method. Also, always restore your bios to default settings, save and reboot before flashing bios. A number of users on the Asus forums had issues with OC’d bios when flashing."

lol.
i asked the other guys on the p5n-e sli thread for my bios as well and got what i wanted.
download and install the program asus update and the bios you want (newest is 0608)
turn off your computer and psu and clear the bios by resetting the jumper from 2.3 to 1.2 for 10 or so seconds and then switch it back.
turn back on ur computer - boot to windows, run asus update and flash. reset your computer and then ull be flashed.
worked for me
good luck.
