I can't see any difference between the OCZ and the G.Skill you've chosen. The HK's can do 1000mhz easily, but so can the HZ's. Based on what a lot of people on this forum have seen memory wise i'd go G.Skill. And let me know how you get on with whichever memory you choose. I'm shopping around for memory in that sort of price range.

Go for the G.Skill 2GB DDR2 PK PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400) tried and tested for overclocking, LOTS of reviews you cannot go wrong!

I agree with Anth0789. I use OZC to get by but if I could afford it I would buy Crucial or G-Skill both are better that OCZ

The G.Skill's have a tigher latency 4-4-4-12 as the OCZ are alittle loose 4-4-4-15. Between those I'd choose G.Skill, but I'm going with the Crucial Ballistix for my build, because they came highly recommended for OC'ability!
