I'm sure eager to find out. Q6600 is the buzz around here lately, especially G0.

I'm betting we get a nice boost from it, as all the new Q6600 owners will want to flex their new muscle.

*Summer needs to end so i can start folding again! During the mid day i have to go shirtless just to keep from sweating! *

Hi Dez,

I think so... I know a lot of folks moving in that direction anyway... It may mean less team competition (no Quads there), but as people put more rigs together with Quads, I think the daily average for those folks will pass 6,000ppd easily....

Just my thoughts, :-)

Due to the nice cuts I see members such as Knitelife making a purchase or getting more . I should think this would up our PPD as a team.

It's interesting to see how team scores change anytime there is either new technology or price cuts. Some top teams thrive primarily on numbers. They have many many more cores than we do, but their average system is a lot lower than our average system. We make some nice gains relative to those teams when new stuff comes out. Other teams have a similar member base to ours, that is, they really keep up with the times and will see similar gains to ours.

All that being said, I do think we'll see a decent bump within six weeks or so, once the G0s really hit the market and others upgrade to various C2Ds as the prices continue to fall.
