Asus P5B Deluxe not seeing my RAID HD

I just updated my BIOS, and reloaded the settings in the BIOS. I set IDE as Enhanced and the Configuration as RAID. That is all I ever had to do when I would reset the BIOS before. But now when I boot up it does not see my HD's or something. When the system first boots up it sees the two HD's attached to the SATA ports, but in the BIOS under boot device, no HD's show up. And after disabling the JMicron when I boot up it just says insert boot device or something like that.

Hopefully that made sense, but any ideas on what I might be missing?

OK, I am at a loss here. I tried everything I can think of, but I still may be missing something obvious. When I first boot up, and it auto detects the drives, it sees my two hard drives and my dvd rom. And when the screen comes up to setup the RAID by hitting ctrl-i, that is all good. But in the BIOS, when I go to Boot Device Priority, no Hard Drives how up. It only has Floppy Drive, a USB Drive that is plugged in, and CD Drive.

Why can I not boot off my Hard Drives?

What does the Matrix read regarding your Array, does it read as "Bootable"?

Yeah, that is all good. I just figured out the problem, finally. In the BIOS, under the Boot tab, then under Hard Disk Drives, that stupid flahs drive was showing up as the 1st Drive. I changed that to RAID Volume, then I could boot from that. So all is good again. Except when I just booted into my Windows install, for some reason the ATI Catalyst was not installed. That seems strange, I don't know what would change that. Anyway, thanks for the help.
