New motherboard for new rig

Hi!
I have been putting together a new rig in my mind for the last month.

And the original setup was the following.

MB: ASUS P5N-E SLi 650i
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600
RAM: Crucial DDR2 BallistiX PC6400 2048MB(own since other pc)
GPU: Geforce 8600GTS (also own since other pc, but waiting untill Xmas for better DX10 cards)
Case: Chieftec Giga Miditower Silver
CPU cooling: Zalman 9700
PSU: Corsair 520W

But since the Q6600 has gotten its pricedrop I have decided to go for that one.

Would you recommend a new MB for the new cpu?
Maby a asus P5KC, P5K Deluxe or maby even premium. Or anything other more bang/money?

And would I need a better performing PSU to feed the new parts?

As a sidenote, the rig will be used almost 24/7 and used for some gaming. I will also overlock the quad slightly for now, might be getting watercooling later.

I would like to not get any talking about the GPU and RAM, these are parts I have and Im not going to buy replacements.(atleast not until Xmas/NewYear).

Im thankful for any replies!

Asus or Gigabyte P35 boards are pretty nice as is the ABIT IP35 Pro. It all depends on how much money you want to spend, and what extra features you want to have on the board.

As for the Corsair, I think it should be able to handle that setup.

Thanks, so i bet the p35 is the way to go for hight FSB's for now.

Although, Im now actually considering the E6850 instead of the Q6600.

If i were to buy a Q6600 i would get a non GO-stepped one, and then the E6850 feels a bit tempting with a price just under the Q6600.

But i think I´l need to wait some more days before I make my final decision about what parts to get.
