I found a FLAW in launching BF2! (i fixed it!) :D

Ok, I was playing battlefield 2 for about maybe 3 hours or so, when i had to go out and buy some food. So me, i put my system into stand by and go and buy some subway. After i came home and installed more drivers onto my new rig, things like the logitech G15, the Mouse drivers G7, and monitor drivers. So, After doing all this i was about to play BF2, splash screen pops up, fine...EA games logo, fine then BAM! CTD!! (Crash to desktop). So, me, worrying, i tried again, no dice. So i Reinstalled the latest Nvidia drivers, no dice, uninstalled all my drivers i could think of and reinstalled. no dice. So finally, something a average user don't think about their monitor drivers.

I have a 22" Samsung syncmaster, and i never thought that there drivers would AND other monitor drivers would interfere with BF2. So, I rolled the drivers back to default Plug and Play XP driver, relaunched BF2 AND finally It worked, after pawnding around for about 3 hours over google to fix the problem, i figured it out myself. Hope You all read this and see if this fixes one of your BF2 CTD flaws.

Good job on solving the problem. You worked through it step by step (albeit slowly)and figured it out.
