Currently have the asus program running at 20% overclock so my 2.13 is running 2.56, i wanna be able to push it to about 3.0 ghz right now my mobo temp is 45C/CPU - 45C

vcore - 1.44v
12 v - 12.03

im wondering what i need to do to overclock, what bios settings do i change im VERY new to intel i know howto oc a amd processor easily though...

my comp is in my specs please tell me what vcore to start, vdimm to start, and timings to start, also what divider should i run? anything im missing?

I know you should start with RAM at rated voltage on sticks, and 5-5-5-15 timings on a 1:1 divider for starters. Then crank up the FSB bit by bit, sorry don't know stock vcore around 1.325-1.35? Always use BIOS much safer and keep it below 1.5 vcore and 50c-60c load to keep it alive long time. Should get a good air cooler unless you have one. 3.0 should be obtainable with your set-up and how is that PSU on amps per rail?
