Well, your motherboard will take DDR2-800, however upgrading from 667 to 800 will hardly make a difference. If I were you I would put that money toward one of the following:
1)2 more gigs of 667 RAM
2)Another monitor (i like dual screens)
3)The bank...everyone likes a big account!

I always use www.newegg.com for all my purchases, not sure about overseas though due to me being in the USA. It's worth a look though, great prices and combo deals.

uh i have 2 gig of ramjust havent updated my comp specs, and i have alot of bling blind in my bank and monitor thats fine for me lol, just a monitor

Do you have an overclock at the moment? Aslong as your current RAM can run 1:1 with your CPU FSB then there is really no point in new RAM at all considering your getting the same amount.
