I'll try to shoot it out the back, but it seemed like the pins wouldn't fit that way... Let's give it a shot though - I'll have to pull the whole damn mobo out again woohoo!

You don't have to go that far. Just pull the fan mount out and turn the fan around.

The pins should fit either way, it is a square.

You're right, it fit, but now I can't mount my side fan since I physically moved the whole tower... I think it's doing better this way though b/c now I'm idling at 40 C, and that will drop I'm sure once the AS5 cures, but I won't let it cure yet since I have to re-re-reseat my Tuniq one last time to be sitting sideways again with the fan pointing out the back exhaust so I can mount my side fan... unless I cut into my side fan... Whew... I took my computer apart and put it back together 3 times today.

I know the feeling. I got my heatsink lapping kit the day after the night I had finished putting everything in my case... and then my CCFLs and LEDs showed up, so I had to take it apart again to replace the blue LEDs in the case with green ones. Fantastic.

Okay, you should definitely be seeing better temps...with the stock fan in the tuniq and both my proc and tuniq lapped i saw about 52C Load and i am at 3.93GHz....I tightened my screws all of the way down on my tuniq until they could go no further...no problems with anything breaking or cracking lol...

I had that problem too with my side fan. In my case I just flipped the window and screwed it in so the fan was lower. doesn't seem you can do that with your case. Those temps still seem high. Are you positive the screws are in tight enough?

These screws are tight. The threads on the screws are not visible from the topside of the board. I applied the AS5 text-book style, I cleaned up some cables, and that's the temp I got. They could probably go further though... *cringe* As far as voltages go, I have my VCore at Auto (stays around 1.4 with my current overclock to 3.42GHz), my Memory at 2.2V (it's rated at 2.325V) and everything else at auto. I tried to lower my VCore but Orthos crashes on me when I do that.

NVMonitor and Core Temp. At 3.42 GHz right now Core Temp tells me 41 C idle, and NVMonitor tells me 44 C (at 3.42 GHz).
