It should dry...but if you get less than 90% it will probably leave a couple of water dots, so probably wipe it away with a coffee filter like mentioned above.

Run to Wal-Mart in got to the paint department. Look for Klean-Strip S-L-X Denatured Alcohol. It's 90+% pure and works like you wouldn't believe. Costs about $4 for a 1 quart can.

Yep, that's what i use now. It still seems to leave a couple of water marks for some reason, though....I guess you can't hope for those going away unless you get like 99% alcohol, lmao

That failed anyways. The Tuniq tower 120 was too big for my case. I am mad now and my stock heatsink seems to not be the same but at least i have as5.

Yeah, it does suck that the Tuniq is so tall....but most new cases can accommodate it.
