memory is over clocked when you up the FSB. The memory speed is FSBx2 unless you use a divider (Like you should at first)

it's in advanced ram options

Yeah make sure that ram is on a divider or you won't go anywhere with that overclock for long. So far as GPU overclocking goes there are a number of great programs out there. Just to mention a few: Coobits2, Riva Tuner, ATI Tool, Power Strip. You can find any of them simply by googling them or at Guru3d.com in their download section. I don't have the time to go into the process for ocing the GPU, maybe someone else does but use google if you don't hear anything soon and don't want to wait.

Have you reduced the LDT which is DFIs term in the BIOS for the RAMs HT?
4x up to about 260, drop to 3x beyond that... you may get past 260 with a 4x though but instability will come.
Try setting your RAM to 166MHz also, by under clocking it, it will be less likely to be the cause of instability when OCing the CPU. Later you can try to increase the RAMs base speed.
A good guide for the component OCing.
How do I find the Limits of my CPU, Memory and Motherboard
