You are looking ok on the oc, watch that ram voltage though. If you have the specific make and model of that ram in your sytem info it would be helpful; some ram can take up to 3.7v while some will die at a much lower voltage than that. 2.8v should be ok for just about anything but I would do some research before moving that up any further.

What is your process of ocing right how? I mean are you going by steps of 5mhz and testing at every step? Do you have your memory on a divider? etc.

I am doing at 10mhz bit by bit, and testing that way. dont have memory on divider yet.

If you are looking for your max cpu speed then you really should put a divider on that memory because you are likely going to hit a memory wall before a cpu wall. Find the max of your cpu and then once that has been established you can move onto your memory. Trying to do both at the same time is going to waste a lot of time and cause a lot of aggrivation. What kind of memory is that by the way? I'm suprised it's still decently stable at 240.

Nice stuff you got there, if you go to it's product page at OCZ you can find a number of reviews for it that outline the ocing progress reviewers had with their samples. Anyways, I still suggest you put them on a divider until you know your cpu max, then you can go ahead and play with these. CPU MHz is king compared to your ram frequency so put your focus there.
