Ok it's done, *sighs* WOW! Ok, after like ohh 6 hours of reading and installing making sure everything is in it's place and just right. Finally got it built. I did however do some mods to the drive bay setup, just some switching things around actually. What I did for the Antec 900 case is install the Barracuda 7200.10 320GB HDD in the number 7 and 8 slots, with one empty on bottom for more air flow. Was thinking about doing numbers 7 and 9, to make a gap between the two for air flow, but figured I wouldn't like the way it looked. I moved the other HDD (3 Slot) box to the top of the case, cause it has an empty fan case attached to the inside of it, figured I can get another 120mm Fan w/ Blue LED to install there to help cool RAM and CPU even more. I'm going to install my CD-R/W drive in Slot 4 and DVD-R/W drive in the number 6 slot.
Manuals say in order to install RAID drivers when installing OS (Vista 64-Bit) in my case, I will need to copy the drivers to a floppy disk first, and install them when installing OS. Now do I really need a floppy disk? Or can I just burn them to a CD or something and install them that way?
So if I need a floppy drive, fine, I'll get that before getting Vista Ultimate (probably next week though for OS) get that installed and ready. Then after Vista, comes the sound card and a new GPU. PCI-E x16 and PCI-E x4 are the only two PCI-E slots I have, 2 PCI slots as well, but Sound Card will take up one.
The only thing after that is an Air Conditioner for my room, so I can have the room temp cool at all times. And a new Digital Camera, LOL, for better pics.
Can't wait to start OC'ing and have a better Rig!!
PS: The Blue LED in the OCZ 700W go great with the Antec 900's Case fans w/Blue LED's! Looks very cool!
