Na i'd personally go for the DDC Pro teamed with a custom top.

Hmm, what are the advantages to the DDC Pro over the variable D5? I believe I can fit either of those in my case (as shown in your pic), so size isn't an issue. Oh, and speaking of sizes...

Between the ATX powersupply and the front of the case there is ~305mm in length and ~145mm from side to side. Comparing that to the size of the radiator you mentioned (this one?), it should just squeeze in there...

Dimensions: 133mm(Width) x 277mm(Height) x 29.6mm(Thickness)

I LOVE watercooled Lian cases! I have a FuZion + Thermochill setup on my sig project and it's my pride & joy.

I would say mount the rad horizontally on top of your case. I did that myself, and elevated it using steel spacers I picked up for dirt cheap at a local hardware store.

The catch with having the rad so high in the loop is that unless you have lots of tubing to elevate your reservoir (if planning on one) above the rad while filling, you may have to fill upside down with a fillport on the bottom of the case. Gravity.. meh.

BUT, I honestly think it looks uber-cool, compared to a vertical rad hiding on the back of the case.

If you want to steal any ideas from my project, feel free. Lian Li FTW!

the DDC+custom top has a little higher head pressure, so works a little better even though its smaller. its also a little more expensive. oh, and it looks way better with a plexi top.

(the New OCLabs top is not only the best performer, but also (one of the) cheapest)

The person who's rig it is said its Red F1 (Feser One) but it looks a little too dark to be F1 to me... he might have added some red food colouring to darken it a bit though.
