Lookin into HDMI monitors

Thread Starter
I'm planning to get a 360 elite since they now come with HDMI ports, I was thinking to get a new monitor with HDMI support since my HDTV is downstairs where I don't do my gaming... I'm thinking I'd spend no more then $300 and I coulda swore there was more then one on newegg for under this price before but now theres only one, and thats the BenQ, which is a brand I've never heard of... Anyone have any suggestions as to what to get or if this is a good one to get. I dunno where else to search.

oh there is also the 19" non-widescreen on newegg but that just seems a little inadequate

Just get a VGA Cable and a normal pc monitor?

I hook my 360 to the projector and get 1080 via a VGA plug.
