Check out the Cooler Master cases with the mesh front panel.
I have a variant of this case (the 330 Model - just has a silver stripe across the front): http://www.canadacomputers.com/index...422&cid=CS.664
The material isn't the thickest and sturdiest, but it's inexpensive and has amazing air flow. And really, do you really bash your case around that much? I know mine is always safely under my desk.
If you only have 1 drive in the 5.25" bay, you could also get something like this for even more intake: http://www.xoxide.com/scythe-kama-bay-cooler-black.html
Here's what that extra fan looks like installed: http://customerpics.xoxide.com/viewi...u=16944&id=324
If airflow is a primary concern, I'd stay away from anything with a door on the front panel. Personally, I'll never buy a case with a door again - it's annoying to get to the drives and kills any airflow from the front.
