As far as I am aware, your looking at the regular Kandalf, the liquid cooled one doesn't come with the 250mm fan. You could buy a 250mm fan, use a dremel and cut out a side hole for one.
The faces of the Kandalf link you posted, and the liquid cooled Kandalfs for sale on this site are different as you can tell, here is the correct link for the LCS version.
Under upgrade kits there is nothing listed about a 250mm fan or door with 250mm fan cutout.

Here under thermaltake cases, you can see that the regular thermaltake armor comes with the fan, but right next to it the LCS version doesn't.
As if I need more reason to suggest against this case, look at the thermaltake website where they discuss why the radiator in the front is a good idea, as you can see there is very little airflow over the radiator, in addition your case may have trouble with getting airflow over the south-eastern quadrant of the motherboard as the front doesn't provide much and there is no side fan.
