All boards have problems.
But I never had lot of trouble with it, so I stay with it a while ;o)

What I think:
- Do the BIOS update it fixes most bugs the boards is famous for
- setting up a RAID is a bit tricky but NOT difficult or impossible
- Ram gets 2V when setting to auto detection (1.8V is normal) cheap Ram can be damaged
- The Intel Fan Control doesn't work here -> my fan was running near 12V all the time with CPU @ 30°C; so buy a silent fan or a cable with 7V/9.5V if you like it silent

OC:
- My E6420 is not running at FSB400 but at 390 or 410 (of cause with more voltage for cpu and nb)
- FSB320 (4:5 DDR800) and FSB333 (I think there is a new ratio in BIOS v14 for DDR800) is possible with standard voltage
