Problem with PC5300 RAM

Thread Starter
I bought a Kingston 1gig stick of PC5300 RAM for my new computer, and when I plug it in, the graphics get all scrambled. But when I replace it with the standard 2x 512mb sticks, it goes back to normal and runs just fine. Any solutions?

I... have no idea. Here's the site for it, but it doesn't show what mobo it has in it, and I forgot the name of the program that can tell me.

CPU-Z should be able to tell you, PC Wizard can as well but is a bigger file and should work if CPU-Z can't recognize it.

Okay, after nearly a week, I've got everything together, and I'm going to pick up a new PSU in a few minutes here, so if that wasn't the problem, then I'll post later, and see if it's mobo compatibility or not.
