640MB. More future proof for games using larger texture packs that will utilize the extra memory.

if you dont have a large screen, the 320 performs just as well as the 640.
if you have 22-24" or over, get the 640.

Resolutions are only one thing to consider. Games today can take up to 512MB of Vram ( on your video card ) Future games will use this amount and more. Especially DX10 apps like crysis.

If you really want to future proof then get GTX. 320MB represents a really great bargain over the 640MB version.

640, its at least gives you the best for future costs if you dont plan on upgrading again in a while.

i have the 320 and love it, but if was doing over i'd spend the extra $60 for the extra 320 vram
