Which Is Better ??????

I am currently in the prosess of upgrading my system but which prosessor is better. Yes the 2.4 ghz one can be overclocked to 3.0 ghz or more !! but the 3.0 ghz one i must be able to overclock that to like at least 3.5 ghz but it will have less cache. I have a conudrum here please help

but do check if your motherboard supports it.

If it was my option i would go with the Q6600, which is exactly what i shall be doing unless i purchase a laptop
