Thread Starter
I keep this getting in Intel's "TAT" program

Intel(R) Thermal Analysis Tool

Error enueramating On Demand Clock Modulation support.

Terminating Tool.

That's what it says--- Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

I use speed fan, but people say its crap.
I use ORTHOS or OCCT to raise my temps but you need something else to check it.
Here is the link to download ORTHOS http://www.overclock.net/downloads/1...v20060420.html

NO you need speed fan or core temp to see the temps but ORTHOS is a good way to get relay high temps.
But can some one please tell us how to get TAT working!

You'll have to run a stress test to bring your load and temps up in order to find your load temps. coretemp, everest, speefan, etc won't necessarily put a load on your cpu to show your your load temps.

TAT may not work on some motherboards.

There are still other programs than TAT to give you temps. Two programs that I recommend after TAT are CoreTemp 0.94 (0.95 is very buggy) and EVEREST 2007 Beta. I don't recommend SpeedFan due to it's whacky detections. @_@ You may download it if you want.

CoreTemp 0.94 - Just open and you'll see the temps.

EVEREST 2007 Beta
Download EVEREST > Install > Open Everest and select Computer on the left > Find and select Sensors. You'll see --

CPU - Do not look at this temp.
CPU #1 / Core #2 - Look at this temp.
CPU #2 / Core #2 - Look at this temp.

One of the majority programs that we use to check our loads temps and CPU stability is Orthos.

Download > Install > Select Stress CPU with Gromics > Start

Orthos is recommended to run at least 8 hours without errors. If your temps gets too high, stop the process.

Do not exceed 60C load.
