Intel TAT help? - Page 2

Well sorry to go disagree with your post but core temp 0.94, 0.95 and speed fan all get the exact same Core 1 and Core 2 temps.
Something crazy happened also lol, I opened all three at once to see if they all matched (witch they did for a few minutes) then core temp 0.95 went mad and opened 60 copies of itself and stuffed up core temp .94 and windows, witch i had to restart to fix.

Thats odd, most conroes/kentsfields are around 15C hotter in coretemp than speedfan. Speedfan shows my cores at 25C on air which is very incorrect.

they all show within 1 cel for me (could be how often they're updated)

Upgrade your motherboard bios, if not then TAT isn't compatible with your temp sensor

Well here is a picture of all three running at same time, luckily i didn't go crazy this time.
*EDIT*
By the way I'm folding although you can't see.
And how do I do a bios upgrade?

I think it fixed your sensors, I would personally use coretemp or TAT and uninstall speedfan on a conroe.

Just set your fans speeds in the BIOs, and use coretemp. Thats what I do.

Its not that TAT may not work with all motherboards, TAT does not work with the P35 boards. Also there is a newer revision of coretemp .95 that is out. thats your best option.
